Our client is seeking an experienced Fire Compliance Manager to oversee fire safety and statutory compliance across a varied multi-site estate. Acting as the Responsible Person, you will lead the organisation’s fire safety strategy, manage Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), ensure delivery of remedial actions, and uphold compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. This interim role offers an immediate start with a clear Temp to Perm pathway for the right candidate.

Fire Compliance Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to):

  • Lead all fire compliance and fire safety management activities across a varied property portfolio.
  • Manage a programme of Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and ensure prioritised completion of remedial actions.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure delivery against KPIs and compliance standards.
  • Prepare detailed fire safety reports, bids, and schedules of works for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide specialist advice, training, and support on fire safety processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including RRFSO 2005, building regulations, and statutory requirements.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Fire Compliance Manager, Fire Safety Manager, or similar fire leadership role.
  • NEBOSH Fire Safety, Fire Management, or equivalent fire safety qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of fire legislation, fire standards, and statutory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing large-scale multi-site contracts (100+ premises).
  • Contractor and performance management experience.
  • Experience within local government, estates, construction, or property management (advantageous).
  • Aware of NEC3/NEC4 contracts (beneficial).
  • Budget management experience (desirable).
