As an organisation they have big ambitions and aspirations for the future of our Council and services. You will have the opportunity to join a fast paced, strategic team that is at the centre of leading their newly developed Council Strategy. As their Executive Director of Communities, you’ll be at the helm of communication, leadership, and service excellence. Inspiring and empowering your team to deliver transformative change, supporting local communities and residents. Providing leadership in services like housing solutions, development, environmental health and more! Bold: Lead fearlessly, guiding your team towards ambitious goals and ensuring the effective delivery of the strategic and transformation plans of the Council, its Target Operating Model and Council Strategy.
