Our client is seeking a creative, inspirational arts practitioner to lead their busy Participation Department, creating and developing their engagement strategy, leading and inspiring the team to deliver the highest quality programme of engagement activities. The belief that theatre belongs to everyone lies at the heart of their work and they are committed to making sure that everyone has the opportunity to participate. They run enriching, ambitious programmes and events for people of all ages and from all backgrounds. The ideal candidate will share their passion for inclusivity. They will have a proven track record of planning and delivering high quality participatory work, including directing and hands on delivery of projects and a demonstrable commitment and passion for the arts.

The role is offered as a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 9 months, with the option to extend to 12 months. This is a part-time role delivered over 3 or 4 days per week. Please indicate your preference in your application.
