Role:Â Chief Executive Officer
Salary: £53,460 (*pending 2025/26 NJC cost-of-living increase)
Working hours:Â Full-time (37 hours per week)
Location:Â Buxton and Derbyshire Dales Offices (4 days/week office presence expected)

The Chief Executive Officer will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight, ensuring they deliver high-quality, sustainable services aligned with their values and mission.
