easyStorage is expanding rapidly across the UK and into Europe, and we are seeking a junior in‑house legal professional to support our property team with standardised lease and property documentation. This is a delivery‑focused, process‑driven role, ideal if you’ve worked in real estate law (private practice or in‑house) and want:
- predictable hours
- ownership of your own workload with full autonomy

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and processing standard commercial leases, licences and variations
- Managing lease completions end‑to‑end
- Liaising with landlords, agents and external solicitors
- Maintaining accurate legal records and trackers
- Supporting internal teams using established templates and processes
- Getting involved in general corporate legal work from time to time
What we’re looking for:
- 1–4 years’ experience in property / real estate legal work
- Background as a paralegal, legal executive or junior solicitor (0–2 PQE)
- Comfortable handling standard leases independently
- Organised, pragmatic and detail‑focused
- Happy working in a repeatable, structured environment
- Ambition to learn and take on wider legal issues across the company
