Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the next chapter of Easyship's growth. You will own the multi‐channel revenue engine from demand creation to demand capture, focused on building on Easyship's existing strength in SEO/GEO to further accelerate our content strategy and organic visibility in the era of AI search. You'll set the strategy, taste, and creative bar and be the primary architect of Easyship's earned voice—activating our founders, executive team, partner ecosystem, and merchant community as the primary distribution layer for the brand—built on strong on‐platform content, tools and calculators.

This is a full‐time position, with an opportunity to be onsite in our London office or Remote across Europe.

What would you be responsible for:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi‐channel inbound programs that blend SEO/GEO, social, email, content syndication, community and performance marketing to create and capture demand.
  • Deliver channel‐specific roadmaps and activity plans on how to reach, engage, educate, acquire and retain core ICP and growth audience segments.
  • Create repeatable content systems that deliver consumer attention and performance at scale, based on proven psychological hooks, storytelling, and multimedia formats.
  • Leverage AI agents and automation tools to enhance growth marketing effectiveness and efficiency, by building reliable growth systems that magnify business outcomes and reduce repetitive or administrative tasks.
  • Build founder‐led marketing as a primary channel to activate our founders and executives across LinkedIn, podcasts, speaking, and earned media.
  • Partner with Product and Partnership teams to translate new features, partner launches and co‐marketing opportunities into compelling go‐to‐market campaigns.

You have:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS demand gen, inbound, or growth marketing.
  • Led marketing teams in high‐growth companies (100–1000 employees), ideally with an ARR between $10M–100M.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable revenue impact through integrated campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with an ability to manage teams, cross‐functional contributors and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and can blend creative storytelling with analytical precision.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Tag Manager).
  • Experience in Website CMS and general CSS/HTML knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools, agents and workflow automation systems (Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Zapier, n8n, etc) are strongly preferred.
  • Data‐obsessed and growth‐oriented—comfortable testing, learning, and scaling fast.

What we bring to the table as an employer:

  • Generous remuneration and stock units.
  • We reimburse gym and wellness expenses so you can invest in your health.
  • The freedom to 'Work from Anywhere' for 4 weeks in a year.
  • Generous vacation policy, plus duvet days and mental health days to truly recharge.
