We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us! As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities. It isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen: our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a squad of 5–10 engineers, owning both the people and the delivery. Our Engineering Managers aren't gatekeepers — they're multipliers, creating the conditions in which engineers do their best work. Whether you're an experienced EM or a strong technical leader ready to step into management, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead People: Own the full people lifecycle — hiring, development, and performance — and foster genuine psychological safety.
  • Drive Delivery: Deliver the right things to a credible plan, across both the sprint and the 12–18 month horizon.
  • Own Technical Quality: Be accountable for your team's output, championing strong engineering practices and code review standards.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Be the interface between your team and the business — communicating progress and risk, and pushing back with evidence.
  • Use Data: Lean on DORA metrics to keep the team healthy.

What You'll Bring

  • Several years leading in an agile product environment — or a strong senior engineer ready to move into management.
  • A track record of developing engineers and building high‑performing, psychologically safe teams.
  • A strong grounding in lean & agile (Scrum, Kanban), CI/CD, and modern software delivery.
  • Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
  • A genuine passion for continuous improvement and a multiplier mindset.
  • Fluency in English (the working language of the team).

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a team where your ideas are heard, your craft is respected, and your growth is prioritized. If you are curious, proactive, and ready to solve complex automotive challenges, we want to meet you. This is a hybrid role based in London.
