DescriptionTechnical Delivery Lead (Product Delivery)Technical Delivery Lead (Product Delivery) sits within the Technology team at easyJet holidays, supporting the delivery of digital products and solutions that help create great holiday experiences for our customers.

Working as part of the Delivery capability, you'll collaborate with product teams and technology partners to turn business priorities into successful technical outcomes. In this role, you'll lead the technical delivery of strategic initiatives, working closely with Product Owners, technology teams and third-party suppliers.

You'll help shape delivery plans, manage progress, and ensure solutions are delivered to agreed quality, budget and timescales.

You will be responsible for: Partnering with Product Owners to provide technical guidance and support the delivery of strategic initiativesSupporting technology roadmap planning through estimation, resource planning and delivery inputWorking closely with architecture teams to develop and evolve solutions through discovery and deliveryEmbedding agile ways of working, supporting teams and suppliers to continuously improve delivery practicesManaging the successful delivery of technical solutions, ensuring milestones, quality standards, budgets and timelines are metSupporting changes to scope, timelines and costs through agreed delivery processesFacilitating planning activities and helping teams build clear, achievable delivery roadmapsProviding regular updates on delivery progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders and governance groupsLeading internal and third-party delivery teams to develop, test and release software solutionsIdentifying and managing delivery risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans where neededEncouraging collaboration across teams and stakeholders to improve solutions and delivery outcomesSupporting continuous improvement across technology delivery, with a focus on efficiency, quality and automationWhat you'll bring to the team: At least 5 years' experience delivering digital solutionsExperience working with third-party technology suppliers to achieve successful outcomesA track record of delivering complex solutions across multiple teams and dependenciesExperience managing both onshore and offshore delivery partnersExperience managing delivery budgets and using data to support decision-making and transparencyStrong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadersExperience embedding delivery best practices across suppliers and teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build collaborative, motivated teams and strong working relationshipsStrong organisation, planning and time management skillsConfidence translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholdersQualificationsWhat's in it for you: In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance.
