This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

As our Transformation Learning & Capability Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end learning, capability and training strategy for easyJet’s Finance & Procurement Transformation. You’ll ensure colleagues build the skills, confidence and behaviours needed to successfully adopt new ERP systems, processes and ways of working. You’ll combine learning design, capability development and change adoption, working closely with a range of stakeholders to drive readiness, embed new habits and support long‑term transformation success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience designing blended learning solutions, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and developing capability uplift plans across diverse roles.
  • Ability to turn complex system and process change into clear, practical learning experiences.
  • Solid grounding in change management principles, ideally gained within large scale Finance or ERP transformation programmes.
  • Ability to connect learning interventions to behaviour change and operational outcomes.
  • Skilled at working across HR, OD, Business Change, Finance SMEs, vendors and consulting partners.
  • Confident facilitator able to engage diverse audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and craft compelling content.
  • Strong presenter comfortable reporting progress and readiness to senior leaders.
  • Deep curiosity for how colleagues work and what they need to feel confident using new systems and processes.
  • Designs learning that is intuitive, practical and grounded in real world scenarios.
  • Highly organised, delivery focused and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and dependencies.
  • Strong governance discipline, with the ability to escalate issues effectively.

PRACTICALITIES

This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
