We have an exciting new opportunity for a Product Owner to take ownership of a key Martech domain within a multi-domain mission, driving how customer data, activation, and engagement capabilities support both commercial goals and operational airline needs.
Working alongside other Product Owners, you'll ensure your area delivers a scalable Martech experience that enhances personalisation, marketing communication, and disruption management across the customer journey.
You'll shape one of our most impactful Martech products; powering personalised, timely communication across both commercial and operational airline moments.
Your work will directly improve customer experience during the most critical parts of their journey, from booking to airport to day-of-travel, while enabling teams across the business to act faster and smarter.

- What you'll be doing
- Own the product backlog and priorities for your Martech domain, with clear focus on supporting both commercial and operational airline use cases.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to align data and activation capabilities across the broader product ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering, data, CRM/marketing, UX, and operational teams (airport, contact centre, disruption management) to deliver high-value solutions.
- Evolve and optimise tools like m Particle, Braze, or similar CDP/engagement platforms to support real-time operational triggers (delays, rebooking, notifications, etc.).
- Break down complex data and activation problems into actionable stories and milestones.
- Support end-to-end communication journeys, including day-of-travel, disruption handling, and proactive service messages.
- Ensure data quality and orchestration enable accurate segmentation and timely operational alerts.
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and technical constraints clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Martech products (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, or engagement platforms).
- Strong working knowledge of m Particle, Braze, or comparable tools, ideally in real-time or operational contexts.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and coordinate across multiple business areas, including operations.
- Strong analytical mindset; using data to prioritise, segment, measure, and optimise journeys.
- Excellent communication skills; able to adapt from operational teams to engineering to senior leadership.
- Understanding of customer experience design, event flows, personalisation, and operational triggers.
- Comfortable leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to accelerate discovery and impact.
- Experience partnering with UX, engineering, and data teams.
- 3-5+ years in product development or Martech-related domains.
- Airline, travel, customer retention, or operational communication experience is a strong plus.
