THE TEAM
You will join our dynamic digital marketing team focused on delivering outstanding paid search campaigns that drive sales and growth across all our European and worldwide markets.
THE ROLE
You’ll own and manage the development and optimisation of paid search activity for easyJet Flights as part of integrated multi‑channel campaigns. Using your initiative, you will manage Google and Bing campaigns via bid management platforms to improve performance, enhance efficiencies and generate sales.
- Manage and support the development of local and international PPC strategies
- Build paid search campaigns including campaign structure, ads, keywords, ad extensions and tracking
- Align Paid Search campaign execution with trading, marketing and wider digital teams
- Research new opportunities and identify trends to grow our paid search accounts
- Drive consistent, data‑driven testing to improve campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role working on large, complex accounts
- Strong Google Ads Editor skills, able to create and adjust campaigns at scale
- Strong numerical skills to spot trends and make recommendations
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data visualisation
- Strong reporting skills with ability to deliver accurate data requests on time
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills to build relationships across the business
- Experience with SA360 or other bid management tools preferred
- Experience working with media owners or agencies preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Experience using scripts to automate tasks is a plus but not essential

PRACTICALITIES
This full‑time role is a fixed‑term contract for 12 months. It will be based in Luton at our Head Office. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
