You’ll have strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with complex data to spot trends, understand patterns, and provide insights that drive good decision-making. You’ll be comfortable using systems like Orgvue and Workday to support your analysis, and confident in presenting your findings in a way that’s clear and meaningful to different audiences. You’ll have a solid understanding of OD principles, methods, and processes, and an interest in building your expertise further. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our OD partners, helping shape structures, processes, and capabilities that align with business goals. You’ll also bring curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in how data and technology can support great OD work.
