We are easyJet, a low‑cost airline operating across Europe.
As a UX Designer for CRO/Experimentation, you’ll design and deliver A/B and multivariate tests across easyJet’s digital platforms, creating seamless and engaging experiences for millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user experiences and UI solutions for experimentation and optimisation activity
- Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, developers and designers across the business
- Gather and interpret design and testing requirements with stakeholders
- Create wireframes, prototypes and polished design solutions in Figma
- Support user research and validation using a range of methodologies and tools
- Use platforms such as Userlytics to understand customer behaviour and experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CRO processes and team efficiency
- Ensure designs are aligned to accessibility standards and easyJet brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in UX and UI design, CRO design, product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating customer‑focused digital design work
- Experience designing for web and mobile products
- Good understanding of CSS and HTML
- Experience using user testing platforms such as Userlytics
- Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience working within agile delivery environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management platforms
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Proactive mindset with confidence to challenge existing approaches and drive innovation
