As our new Support Technician for Airport Operations, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the critical tech infrastructure across our airport estate—from terminal kiosks and crew rooms to live operational bases. What You’ll Do

  • Keep Operations Flying: Provide hands‑on and remote technical support for vital airport infrastructure, endpoint devices, printers, kiosks, and self‑service technologies.
  • Resolve Incidents Fast: Diagnose and smash technical glitches under pressure, collaborating with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to minimize operational downtime.
  • Drive Tech Upgrades: Support the rollout, configuration, testing, and validation of exciting new airport tech deployments and software upgrades.
  • Be the Local Expert: Build rock‑solid relationships with airport stakeholders, crew, and suppliers to ensure our tech remains compliant, secure, and fit for purpose.
  • Protect Continuity: Maintain detailed asset inventories, configuration logs, and support documentation so our network remains resilient.

What We’re Looking For

  • Aviation Tech Experience: You have a proven track record supporting endpoint devices, hardware, and Windows‑based systems within a live airport or aviation environment.
  • Airport System Savvy: You understand how passenger processing, baggage operations, and supplier‑hosted airport systems connect and flow.
  • A Master Troubleshooter: You know incident management processes inside out and can restore complex, integrated services calmly and methodically.
  • A Great Communicator: You can easily translate complex tech talk into simple terms for non‑technical airport crew and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable & Driven: You thrive in fast‑paced, operationally critical environments and take true ownership of your tasks.
