The Role As Senior Finance Manager – Crew (Establishment), you will lead all financial planning activities for our crew establishment, including the Strategic Plan, annual Budget, and periodic forecasts.
You will ensure robust financial insight and alignment with business objectives, forecasting crew establishment related costs, unit costs of production, and key strategic performance indicators such as productivity and operational efficiency.
You will act as a trusted finance business partner, working closely with senior stakeholders to support decision‑making during a period of significant transformation.
