We are easyJet – a FTSE-250 listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.
The way people work is changing faster than most organisations can keep up with. At easyJet, we’re not content to just hand out AI tools and hope for the best – we want our people to genuinely get more from them than anyone else in the industry. As Product Lead - AI Productivity Tooling, you will own the strategy, experience, and value outcomes of our internal AI productivity stack. This is a pure product management role, not an IT service management function. You will lead a small, focused team responsible for turning cutting‑edge AI capabilities into a joined‑up, high‑impact user experience for our 18,000+ colleagues and software engineers.
Your Toolkit: You will shape, configure, and scale a world‑class internal stack, including:
- For Business Users: Microsoft Copilot (M365), Claude, Claude Cowork, and Copilot Studio.
- For Engineers: GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Vision: Define the 18‑month product roadmap and act as the internal authority on AI productivity for senior leadership.
- Drive Continuous Discovery: Conduct user interviews, analyse usage data, and run experiments to bridge the gap between tool deployment and genuine behavioural change.
- Prioritise for Value: Maintain a value‑led product backlog, making ruthless decisions on configurations, feature rollouts, and vendor management.
- Lead Cross‑Functionally: Collaborate with Digital Safety, Legal, HR, Training, and Platform Engineering to clear governance roadblocks and drive deep adoption.
- Nurture Talent: Directly lead and develop a small, high‑performing product team while remaining hands‑on with the technology.
Who You Are:
- Product Obsessed: You possess sharp product management instincts and care deeply about metrics like adoption depth and user satisfaction over feature checklists.
- AI Fluent: You have used advanced AI productivity and engineering tools seriously—not just dabbled.
- An Influencer: You excel at holding accountability and driving outcomes across complex domains (like risk or infrastructure) that you do not fully control.
- A Builder: You thrive in ambiguity and get energy from building something entirely new rather than managing a steady‑state operation.
- Aligned with Our Spirit: You embody our core behaviours—you are Safe, Bold, Welcoming, and Challenging.
Benefits: Up to 20% bonus, 25 days holiday, BAYE, SAYE.
