THE TEAM
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow easyJet’s travel reward programme partnerships across sectors. Working closely with internal marketing, media, PR, analytics and trading teams, as well as external partners and agencies, you’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement and long‑term customer value.
THE ROLE
As Partner Marketing Lead, you’ll lead the overall marketing relationship with easyJet travel reward programme partners and develop scalable partnership marketing strategies that support the ongoing growth of the programme. You’ll work collaboratively across easyJet and partner organisations to create insight‑led campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring activity delivers strong commercial performance while maintaining high creative and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading the marketing relationship with reward programme partners across sectors
- Developing scalable operating models for partnership marketing across media and creative
- Co‑creating, launching and optimising co‑branded campaigns across partner and easyJet channels
- Driving programme acquisition, retention and customer engagement through integrated marketing activity
- Partnering with analytics and econometric teams to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise future activity
- Working closely with the media investment team to ensure media spend delivers against objectives
- Collaborating with local marketing teams to align partner campaigns with broader market and trading priorities
- Supporting launch moments and campaigns through integrated PR and earned media activity
- Leading multi‑agency teams to deliver high‑quality, insight‑driven creative campaigns
- Building strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners and senior leaders
What We’re Looking For
- At least 10 years of broad marketing experience with significant partner management, loyalty or reward programme experience
- Experience within travel, retail or financial services sectors
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders
- Experience activating partnerships across owned, earned and paid channels
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels
- Strong commercial and analytical capability with experience working alongside trading and e‑commerce teams
- Good creative judgement with the ability to balance the needs of multiple brands
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach with the ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability within a fast‑moving and evolving business
