We are looking for an Operational Support Analyst to join our Airport Management product team. In this critical role, you will be the ultimate bridge between our frontline ground operations, tech specialists, and third‑party suppliers.

What You’ll Do

  • Advanced Operational Support: Manage the stability of airport systems and devices, spearheading rapid service recovery and root cause analysis during disruptions.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Keep a close eye on system health dashboards and data flows to spot risks, service drops, or integration delays before they affect flights.
  • Product & Change Enablement: Coordinate live testing, validation, and operational readiness for exciting new product upgrades and airport rollouts.
  • On‑Call Incident Response: Join our critical incident rota to provide vital out‑of‑hours support for Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) system emergencies.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key contact for Ground Operations, Regional Delivery teams, and tech vendors to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Access & Data Governance: Oversee platform access controls to meet strict security standards, whilst building performance reports to drive continuous improvement.

Location & Hours of Work
