THE ROLE
Ready to make your mark? As our Media Partnerships Manager, you’ll help drive easyJet’s media partnerships strategy, working with top brands to deliver multi-channel campaigns that excite and engage our customers. You’ll be at the heart of bespoke media activations, maximising commercial income and ensuring our In‑Flight retail offering stands out.
- Secure, deliver and evaluate industry leading media partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent easyJet at trade shows and prospect meetings.
- Manage seamless delivery of partnership activity across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with our Managing Agent and Data Team to deliver campaign results.
- Support the growth of our media offering and develop new touchpoints.
- Ensure contracts are signed on time and support procurement processes.
- Identify and establish the right partners for long term success.
- Align In‑Flight Retail supplier offerings with our commercial and brand strategies.
- Monitor market trends and analyse data to inform actions.
- Support ad hoc initiatives within the Proposition team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a busy, fast paced environment, balancing priorities and deadlines. Background in ancillary revenue, partnerships, media or marketing. Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Excellent project management and multitasking abilities. Financial and contracting process experience with attention to detail. Outstanding administration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to different audiences. Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Confident, resourceful and proactive problem solver. Flexible, innovative and comfortable with change. Tenacious, self‑motivated and resilient.

PRACTICALITIES
This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
