Dynamic Inventory is a critical part of how we sell holidays, ensuring hotel availability flows through our systems correctly and reaches customers at the right price at the right time. The Dynamic Inventory Executive sits within our Inventory team, reporting to the Dynamic Inventory Manager. This is a role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams and with external partners. You will be close to the data every day, spotting issues, identifying opportunities, and making sure our hotel inventory is set up correctly and available to sell.

Your focus will be on managing dynamic inventory connections and rules with our hotel partners, making sure rooms, occupancies and board types flow cleanly through our systems. Your work will include:

  • Agreeing and setting up the optimal configuration of dynamic inventory contracts and rules through connected partners
  • Maintaining an accurate accommodation inventory and contract database, keeping data integrity front of mind
  • Regularly managing changes to inventory stock, including rooms, offers and contract updates
  • Analysing data to identify pricing and availability issues, and proposing clear, actionable solutions
  • Spotting risks with connection instability or incorrect mapping before they impact trading
  • Identifying opportunities to source additional inventory, room types and board basis from hotel partners
  • Maintaining reporting and insight within your area of remit, whether that’s specific hotel chains or destinations
  • Supporting hotel partners and internal teams with queries around connectivity, availability, cost and bookings

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Good data analysis skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to identify problems early, think through solutions, and act on them
  • Strong communication skills as you will be dealing with both internal teams and external partners regularly
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving, cross-functional environment
  • Experience in travel connectivity, distribution, channel management or dynamic inventory is a bonus, but not essential

What’s in it for you:

In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs. You will have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
