At easyJet holidays, we’re proud to offer ‘Destinations’, our two-year Graduate Development Programme, designed to give you responsibility, impact, and professional development within the travel industry. ‘Destinations’ is a unique opportunity to work on live business priorities and strategic projects that drive our business forwards, gaining hands-on experience across Customer, Commercial, Digital and Operations. The programme includes a minimum of three destinations (rotations). In each destination, you’ll step into a fully accountable role, working as a core member of the team and contributing to day-to-day delivery. You’ll be expected to perform to the same professional standards as non-graduate colleagues, while building a broad and practical understanding of how we deliver brilliant holidays for our customers. On successful completion of the programme, you’ll be well-placed to progress into a permanent role and build a long-term career with us.

Alongside your role responsibilities, you’ll take part in formal and informal learning sessions to build your technical knowledge and leadership capability. You’ll be expected to apply what you learn, creating solutions that contribute directly to strategic plans and initiatives as we work towards becoming Europe’s most loved holiday company.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • We’re looking for people with the ambition to become future travel industry leaders, who are motivated by delivery, ownership and impact.
  • You’ll be a strong communicator, capable of building relationships across teams and with a range of stakeholders.
  • You’ll be highly organised and committed to delivering high quality work on time, within scope and on budget.
  • You’ll work collaboratively, actively supporting team members and contributing to improvements in efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • You’ll be comfortable identifying areas for improvement, implementing meaningful change, and measuring the impact of your work.
  • You’ll be able to process information from multiple projects and make informed decisions, sometimes under pressure, to ensure successful outcomes.

This programme is designed for people with high learning agility, who can quickly adapt and respond to new challenges, want to learn through responsibility and accountability, and who are ready to be judged on their performance throughout each destination. You must have graduated in 2025 or be due to graduate in 2026, and ideally you’ll have (or be predicted) a 2:1 degree. Some destinations will involve shift work, offering authentic exposure to our operational environment and the opportunity to work closely with our frontline teams, so ability to work shifts is essential.

Our application process

  • Stage 1: Submit your CV and initial application.
  • Stage 2: You’ll be invited to complete our task based assessment to uncover your natural strengths, along with a video submission to bring your application to life and showcase your personality.
  • Stage 3: Successful candidates will progress to a 1:1 interview (via Microsoft Teams) with one of our business leaders.
  • Stage 4: Successful candidates will be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre at the easyJet holidays HQ in Luton.

Start: September 2026. The deadline for applications is 23:59 on 18 February 2026.

What’s in it for you

In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme and a 5% pension contribution.
