THE TEAM

You will play a senior role within the Cyber Threat Intelligence team in Cyber Threat Exposure Management, delivering high-quality intelligence that supports proactive defence, incident response and risk-informed decision-making. You’ll work closely with the CTEM team, SOC, and Risk stakeholders to ensure intelligence is timely, actionable and operationalised.

THE ROLE

As Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will lead the technical delivery of CTI operations and act as a senior practitioner across threat actor and campaign analysis. You will own the day-to-day running of the Threat Intelligence Platform, drive continuous improvement in workflows and automation, and produce intelligence outputs that directly inform detection, response and planning.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior technical practitioner for CTI operations, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate and business‑relevant.
  • Set and maintain high standards for intelligence quality, clarity and actionability.
  • Manage the Threat Intelligence Platform including configuration, tuning, integrations and data quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CTI workflows and automation to increase speed and analyst efficiency.
  • Lead production of core CTI outputs such as threat landscape updates, actor profiles, campaign tracking and advisories.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into threat actors, malware and tactics, translating findings into clear actions.
  • Provide threat context to support prioritisation across CTEM and ensure insights are operationalised by partners.
  • Monitor brand and digital risk themes including phishing, fraud and supply chain threats, escalating as needed.
  • Represent easyJet in external intelligence sharing forums and build trusted relationships internally.
  • Mentor analysts and share methods to raise tradecraft and resilience across the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong CTI experience with deep technical analysis skills including actor and campaign analysis and TTP mapping.
  • Proven ability to produce intelligence outputs that serve both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Confidence applying recognised models such as ATT&CK or kill‑chain thinking to structure analysis.
  • Extensive experience running or heavily using a Threat Intelligence Platform and improving enrichment workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex threats into clear, actionable insight.
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure while managing multiple work streams.
  • Competencies aligned with Management & Professional framework including ownership, business performance, innovation, and relationship building.
  • SFIA level 4 and IISP Level 4 Senior Practitioner or equivalent.
