The Team: There are over three million parts that make up an easyJet Airbus A320 aircraft and when just one of them isn’t available the impact is immediate. Our Engineering and Maintenance Supply Chain team plays a critical role in keeping our aircraft flying safely and on time. Handling more than 500,000 parts transactions a year and managing over $250m worth of aircraft components across Europe, this team operates in a high intensity environment where pace, precision and collaboration really matter.
The Role: This is a newly created and exciting opportunity to lead our Component Repairs and Warranty Specialists within the Engineering and Maintenance Supply Chain. Reporting into the Component Repairs and Warranty Manager, you’ll lead the end to end component repair process and warranty activity. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. You’ll also play a key role in warranty and insurance claim management, coordinating evidence submissions and supporting investigations while making sure our systems always reflect accurate real time information.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for an experienced people leader who is confident operating in a technical and fast paced airline or aerospace environment. You’ll bring a balance of commercial awareness, operational focus and collaborative leadership.
- Proven experience leading or guiding teams in a high pressure aviation or aerospace setting
- Strong background in component repairs, CRO activity and warranty or guarantee management
- Solid understanding of aviation regulations including Part 145, Part M, CAMO and Part 21
- Experience working with repair contracts, supplier performance and turnaround management
- Confident using AMOS and Skywise systems with strong data accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and coordinating decisions with engineering stakeholders
- A problem solving mindset with strong communication, influencing and analytical skills
