About the Role
At EasyJet, we are on a mission to transform our integrated Planning and Operations into a world class digitally optimised operation, through the use of new and emerging technologies. Product and its ways of working is new to EasyJet, and we are looking for people who are able to help us mature our capability as we journey through the skies together! This role sits at the intersect between the business, technology teams and our customers, and will really make the difference. The team is highly specialised in emerging technologies and importantly understands airline operations and factors that help recover from disruption events.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Product Manager – Day of Ops – AI and Automation, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of products that directly impact millions of passengers and frontline staff across Europe.
- Working closely with the Head of Product, you will take ownership of a critical product domain—setting the long-term vision, defining strategic priorities, and guiding multiple cross-functional squads.
- These teams, made up of engineers, analysts, and delivery partners, will rely on your leadership to ensure every product decision is grounded in customer insight, operational efficiency, and commercial value.
- You will play a key role in shaping the products that will enable the airline’s growth, competitiveness, and customer experience at scale.
- This is a highly collaborative and strategically influential role. You’ll work closely with operational teams, third-party suppliers, and senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear priorities and value-focused roadmaps.
- You’ll also be responsible for aligning your product strategy with broader corporate objectives, ensuring that your roadmap supports both near-term delivery and long-term transformation.
- Managing upwards to executive leadership, you’ll provide clear, data-driven insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a high-volume, high-impact environment and can balance visionary leadership with hands-on execution.
- You’ll focus on solving problems, identifying opportunities, and applying new capabilities like AI, Agentic AI, and automation, to return human hours to focus on what matters most.
- Speed and accuracy of decisions, augmented intelligence and accuracy are key for our future network control teams.
