You will join a small fast-paced and dynamic team, responding to people reporting requests from stakeholders in the People function and the wider business. Working alongside two other People Reporting Analysts and reporting into the People Reporting Manager, you will deliver reliable reporting using our HR and data systems, supporting the needs and requirements of our stakeholders across the business and continuously seeking new and more efficient reporting processes to enable self-service. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, ensuring we maintain and uphold a credible reputation as a team.

As a People Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure their reporting needs are met, ultimately supporting functional and business performance. This role will predominantly focus on supporting a specific project. You will deliver regular, statutory, and ad-hoc reporting while participating in projects that require end-to-end reporting. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to scope requirements, refine reporting, and ensure the finalised report is fit for purpose. You will also support the expansion of our reporting offering by developing dashboards, identifying opportunities for automation, and focusing on continuous improvement.
