The Team

You’ll join the Network Control team within the wider Integrated Control Centre. The Network Control Support Officer – Crewing provides direct support to the Crewing team, working collaboratively with Operations and Customer Disruption colleagues to manage the airline operation around the clock. The team takes full operational control during periods of disruption, ensuring safe, compliant and well-informed decisions are made when it matters most. You’ll work closely with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Cabin Services, Operations Planning, Safety and Security, and Maintenance Control. The Crewing function is responsible for crew welfare, ensuring adequate rest, and making sure every flight operates legally and contractually with the right crew mix and skills.

The Role

As a Network Control Support Officer – Crewing, you’ll play a key role in supporting live crewing activity during peak operational periods. Working 12-hour shifts across days and nights, you’ll help ensure flights are resourced correctly, crew rosters remain compliant, and operational queries are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a hands-on operational role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys being part of a team that keeps the operation moving.
