As a Business Analyst at easyJet holidays, you'll be working closely with Product Owners and Delivery teams to shape how we deliver change. You'll lead on gathering and managing business requirements across a range of projects, seeing them through from initial idea to delivery.

You'll spend time getting to know how our business works, how our systems connect, and where we can do better. Your role is to connect the dots between the business and technical teams, making sure we're clear on what needs to happen, why it matters, and what it means for our people and customers.

You'll stay close to the product throughout the lifecycle, flagging risks early, asking the right questions, and making sure impacts on processes are properly understood. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, help define measurable outcomes and contribute to how we improve our ways of working over time.

What you'll bring to the team

We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in web development and CMS integration, possessing a deep understanding of website structures and the ability to align technical architecture with business objectives. The role requires hands-on experience in integrating content management systems and ensuring that technical solutions support strategic goals.

The successful candidate will demonstrate proven experience in close collaboration with Product Owners and other members of the web delivery team, including designers, developers, and architects. You will also work closely with wider stakeholders and business owners to ensure seamless delivery and alignment across all phases of the project.

Strong analytical skills are essential for this position, including the ability to perform process mapping, competitor analysis, and data analysis to inform decision-making. You will be responsible for writing clear and actionable requirements using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and applying Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to support agile delivery.

In addition, the role demands an ability to understand complex business processes alongside system integrations and technical architecture. This combination of technical knowledge and business insight will enable you to deliver solutions that meet both functional and strategic needs.

We're looking for somebody who is collaborative, thoughtful and proactive. You know how to bring people with you, whether you're working with delivery teams or senior stakeholders. You're a confident communicator and facilitator, and you're at your best when working closely with others.

Experience in the travel or holidays industry would be great, but more important is your ability to ask the right questions, connect the dots, and keep things moving.

What's in it for you

In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme and a 7% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.

You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.

At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, we strive to do the same for our people. As such we're committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
