This is your chance to step into a pivotal role as Lead Revenue Analysis Manager. You’ll be the driving force behind our revenue optimisation, leading a talented team to deliver data driven insights and strategic planning. You’ll own the revenue planning framework, set daily targets, and champion advanced analytics tools to keep us ahead of the curve. From designing pricing experiments to analysing promotional activity, you’ll be at the centre of decisions that shape our commercial success.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in analytics or revenue management, ideally in aviation, travel or e-commerce.
- Advanced skills in Python, SQL and data visualisation platforms like Tableau.
- A strategic thinker who can translate data into commercial action.
- A natural leader, ready to develop and inspire a high performing team.
- Excellent communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and tell a compelling story with data.
- Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and always looking for smarter ways to deliver results.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
