Job Overview
As an On Holiday Support Advisor, you’ll provide exceptional levels of customer care on inbound calls, offering solutions and resolving queries for our French customers. This role supports the Holiday Operations Centre (HOC) located at our HQ in Luton, where you’ll help customers during their holiday with advice, guidance, complaint resolution or emergency assistance.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Resolve queries, complaints and emergencies for customers on holiday.
- Identify customer needs and ensure their welfare during their stay.
- Work closely with On Holiday Support Team Leaders and Duty Managers for any escalated issues.
Qualifications
Required:
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, demanding customer‑facing environment.
- Confidence dealing with stressful situations and handling high call volumes.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
Bonus:
- Proficiency in any other European language.
Working Conditions
The role is permanent and full‑time, based onsite at the EasyJet Holidays HQ near Luton Airport. You will work a mixture of day and night shifts, following staff rosters such as 5‑on/5‑off, 4‑on/5‑off and 5‑on/4‑off.
