At the heart of our future fleet strategy is our ability to seamlessly manage the induction and redelivery of aircraft into and out of service. Our Fleet Transitions Team plays a central role in this, ensuring every aircraft entering or leaving the fleet meets contractual, technical, financial and regulatory requirements. Now, we’re looking for a Fleet Transitions Asset Manager to take ownership of this critical process, ensuring our aircraft transitions are delivered on time, on budget and in full compliance.
Your Mission
Reporting to the Head of Fleet Transition, you’ll be the central point of management and control for aircraft acceptance and redelivery airworthiness records. You’ll manage relationships with lessors, owners, MROs and easyJet’s Airworthiness & Records teams to ensure aircraft transitions are delivered smoothly and in line with both operational requirements and regulatory obligations. This is a role where deep technical expertise, commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management come together to keep our fleet efficient, compliant and operationally ready.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Lead the build, review and delivery of aircraft acceptance and redelivery records, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
•Act as the key interface between easyJet, lessors/owners and contracted MROs, resolving queries and driving performance.
•Partner with the Airworthiness & Records team to oversee the accurate creation and management of aircraft records.
•Represent easyJet at contracted base maintenance facilities, ensuring airworthiness and records activities are delivered to the highest standards.
•Monitor base maintenance provider performance against SLAs, initiating improvement actions where needed.
•Conduct audits, training and provide oversight of contracted stations in AMOS use and records management.
•Support budget planning and oversee commercial records build activity, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
•Maintain strong partnerships with maintenance providers, promoting collaboration and operational excellence.
•Ensure all activity remains compliant with Part CAMO, Part 145 and easyJet’s CAME and e-TPM procedures.
•Collaborate with the Fleet Transition Manager to ensure effective communication, smooth delivery and alignment with fleet transition strategy.

What You’ll Bring
•Proven leadership background in aircraft base maintenance environments.
•Strong knowledge of A320 family aircraft (EZY fleet type).
•Detailed understanding of Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
•Experience in contract management and base maintenance services.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong organisational and project management abilities, with proven delivery against targets.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AMOS experience desirable.
•Motivated, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
•Desirable: B1/B2 Licence holder or Degree in Aviation Engineering; foreign language skills.
