We are recruiting for a Finance Manager who will partner with our Commercial Trading and Digital teams, reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
This is an opportunity to work at the heart of the business, partnering closely with our Trading and Commercial Development Director and Digital Director. You’ll take full ownership of financial planning, reporting, and analysis, helping to drive growth and opportunities while identifying and managing risks.
Your work will directly support our strategic goals and help us deliver the best experience to our customers – whether it’s through detailed analysis of revenues and margins, forecasts and budgeting, or presenting your findings to senior management.
The Finance Manager will also manage a finance analyst, guiding their development, and together you’ll make an impact by driving improvements in business performance and ensuring financial integrity.
What you’ll bring to the team
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll need to be a qualified accountant with at least five years of post-qualification experience.
You’ll be confident working with large, complex organisations and have excellent analytical skills. You’ll be able to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance colleagues, building strong relationships and challenging ideas where needed.
You’ll be able to manage your time effectively across multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience in trading, yield management, marketing, or digital marketing would be a big plus.
