Cabin Crew have one of the most important jobs in easyJet, delivering the exceptional passenger experiences that keep our customers coming back. As a Cabin Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating the team on board, ensuring the smooth running of the cabin and providing an essential link between all teams, both on the ground and in the air.

Requirements of the RoleWhat you need to do the role:
- You’ll need to have at least 12 months flying experience within the last 5 years.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
- You’ll need to have the right to work and live in the UK, a passport, and unrestricted access to travel across the UK, EEA and easyJet Network (Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship for international applicants does not apply).
- Tattoos are allowed, but there should be no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck. Any tattoos that are considered offensive or inappropriate must be discreetly covered.
- You must be able to sell, handle and dispose of alcohol and alcoholic products.
- You’ll need to live within a 90 minute commuting distance from your chosen base.
- Aged 18 or over.
- Height between 5’2” (157.5 cm) to 6’3” (190cm) without shoes.
- Able to pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical.
- Able to swim 25 metres unaided without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool, tread water and inflate a life jacket.
- Have the continuing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat which consists of a shoulder harness and lap belt.
