‘Book’ is the product that powers our main sales journey. It’s the path customers take from browsing to booking their holiday, and brings together inspiration, information, and seamless design to make booking a holiday feel effortless.
We’re looking for a Product Owner to take the lead on ‘Book’ and guide the next stage of it’s evolution. You’ll shape how customers experience every step, from hotel details and extras to guest information.
‘Book’ exists to convert interest into confidence, and confidence into bookings. Its purpose is to make it easy for customers to choose, personalise, and complete their holiday, while driving revenue and margin for the business.
As our Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for refining that experience. You’ll use data and insight to identify what customers need most, and turn those needs into clear priorities and improvements.
You’ll work with engineers, designers, analysts, and delivery managers to bring ideas to life and keep the experience performing at its best, and with other teams such as Marketing to re‑engage customers who drop out of the journey, and Content to ensure every hotel is presented clearly and compellingly.
At the heart of ‘Book’ is personalisation, so you’ll develop flexible experiences that adapt to different audiences and explore how AI can make them even smarter.
You’ll define the vision, shape the roadmap, and track the metrics that matter most. You’ll connect with teams across easyJet holidays and the airline to make sure ‘Book’ delivers a consistent, market‑leading experience from start to finish.
‘Book’ is fast moving, data driven, and customer obsessed, and this role puts you right at the centre of it.
We are also recruiting for another Digital Product Owner to cover maternity leave on a Fixed Term Contract basis. Please click here for more information, and you are welcome to apply for both roles.
What you’ll bring to the team:
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner who knows how to deliver digital products that customers love, is comfortable in an eCommerce environment, and understands how to balance customer needs with commercial goals.
You’ll be confident experimenting and testing ideas, using data to make decisions, and you’ll have used tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
You will need to have experience working in agile teams, keeping projects moving and people motivated. You know how to turn complex ideas into clear priorities and can manage multiple workstreams without losing focus.
You understand the importance of SEO and take an active interest in how GEO performance shapes visibility and conversion. You’ll have a strong grasp of numbers and can measure the success of your work against outcomes.
Finally you’ll be great at building strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating clearly, and staying calm when things change.
What’s in it for you:
In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all‑inclusive benefits package which includes our company‑wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
