The Digital Product Team is crucial in managing easyJet’s primary digital customer touchpoints. We are responsible for maintaining and innovating our website and award-winning mobile apps to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while exceeding business objectives. Our lean and efficient team operates with a focused strategy, clear objectives, data-driven decision-making, and value-based output.
What you\’ll be doing
You will create and manage the mobile app roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider Digital/App KPIs for commercial performance, growth, and customer retention. Collaborating with the Head of Digital Product, you will develop the revenue mission strategy and ensure its delivery through the mobile app roadmap. This role requires an entrepreneurial approach to product innovation, ensuring that iterations deliver tangible value to both the customer and the business. You will work closely with development teams and other cross-functional teams to achieve product-related strategic objectives, generate ideas, and identify areas for improvement across the customer experience. Additionally, you will implement and manage ongoing optimisation through tests and UX enhancements, contribute towards app acquisition and growth strategies, and develop an understanding of current and future customer needs.

Requirements of the Role
What you\’ll bring to the team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Product Management and in a high-volume e-commerce environment, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Experience leading a team of Digital Managers or Product Owners, strong UX and design expertise, knowledge of mobile app development practices, and proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 are essential. Clear communication skills and experience working in an Agile environment are also required.
