Overview

In this role you will shape how customers discover and book flights, ancillaries and holidays across easy Jet’s digital properties.

You’ll lead end-to-end merchandising, using data, customer insight and testing to boost conversion and booking performance.

You’ll collaborate with product, UX and commercial teams to align merchandising with business goals and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end digital merchandising strategy across easy Jet’s digital channels to help customers discover relevant products
  • Conduct and apply A/B and multivariate testing to optimize content, layouts and journeys for conversion and engagement
  • Analyse customer behavior, sales performance and booking funnels and translate insights into prioritised actions
  • Collaborate with product and commercial teams to shape the development roadmap and align merchandising activities with business goals
  • Coordinate with UX, product and development teams in an agile environment to deliver improvements
  • Manage and optimise content across UK and EU markets to support global business objectives
  • Key requirements
  • Experience in digital merchandising, e Commerce or online trading, ideally in travel, retail or a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, customer data and testing platforms; ability to build a business case and measure impact
  • Experience collaborating with UX, product and development teams in agile settings and strong stakeholder management
  • Commercial mindset, excellent communication, and experience with content management systems
