Cabin Crew Gatwick 2026 - Fixed Term Contract. Training start date to commence from February 2026 onwards. What We’re Looking For

Experience in aviation is not required — we’re focused on attitude, professionalism, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly
  • Remain calm under pressure and make informed, safety-focused decisions
  • Love working as part of a diverse, energetic team
  • Take ownership, solve problems with empathy, and make customers feel valued, going the extra mile to make their experience memorable

The Essentials

To meet regulatory and operational requirements, you’ll need to:

  • Be 18+ years old
  • Be between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) tall without shoes
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Hold the right to work in the UK, with a valid passport and unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available)
  • Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base
  • Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (any tattoos must be inoffensive)
  • Be comfortable selling items from our CAFE.SHOP range including alcohol (this also contributes to your commission)
  • Swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft
  • Pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness
