The role requires a valid A320 Type Rating, 4,000 total flying hours, and 500 hours on the A320 family, plus 500 PIC hours on jet aircraft over 30 tonnes MTOW. UK CAA Licence with A320 LPC and UK Class 1 Medical are mandatory, with ICAO English at least Level 4.
