When it comes to making low-cost travel easy, safe, and reliable, there is no team more important than Engineering & Maintenance at easyJet. As one of our A Licensed Mechanics, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers moving, reducing delays, and maintaining the highest technical reliability of our Airbus fleet. Joining an 800-strong team, you’ll use your aircraft technical knowledge to perform maintenance on our A320 and A320neo fleet, adhering to industry-leading safety and technical standards. Under the guidance of Duty Engineers or Certifying Licensed Aircraft Engineers, you’ll carry out defect rectification and routine servicing using the latest tools and technology.

What you need to do the role: You must hold a UK Part 66 A licence and authorisation, have operational line maintenance experience, and possess technical aircraft knowledge along with the skills to perform maintenance tasks. Comfort with aircraft maintenance documentation, computer-based reporting systems, and knowledge of health and safety legislation are essential. You should be able to work effectively in a team, be flexible to meet deadlines, overcome operational challenges, and collaborate across all levels within the organisation.

Location & Hours of Work: This full-time role is based in Gatwick, working NNNN 10.75-hour shifts. The shift pattern will be 4x4 with occasional travel to easyJet’s headquarters or network locations.
