In this role you will sit across both our B2C marketing team and our Trade team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the annual trade content calendar and managing the trade marketing budget and ROI.
  • Running trade media partnerships, including travel trade press.
  • Keeping the B2B and PR calendar aligned with B2C campaigns so content goes further.
  • Managing our trade social accounts alongside the B2C social team.
  • Briefing and creating assets for agency partners and rolling them out across trade partner websites and owned channels.
  • Developing the merchandising plan for our travel trade portal with the e-commerce team.
  • Managing our presence at major trade events and building presentations and materials for the sales team.
  • Working with our in-house studio and agency partners to produce content.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Solid B2B marketing experience, client or agency-side.
  • A good grip on the full campaign process: planning, briefing, creative, production, and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with organic social and email marketing.
  • Confidence negotiating with media owners and managing external partnerships.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at once.
  • Travel industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

What’s In It For You

In addition to your competitive base salary, you’ll qualify for our company-wide bonus scheme which could see you earning up to an additional 20% on top of your base each year. We will contribute 7% towards your pension, you will have access to a variety of share options, and life assurance is 4 x your annual salary. We also offer Private Medical Insurance to all employees. Aside from the financials, we offer an extensive suite of flexible benefits that you can opt in or out of, such as Dental Cover, Green Car, and Cycle to Work Schemes. On top of all of that, you’ll get excellent staff travel benefits which includes heavily discounted flights for you and your friends and family, free easyJet Plus membership, and annual vouchers for you to spend on an easyJet holiday! We work hybrid, spending time together in person each week as well as working from supplier offices and from home.
