The opportunity:

  • As Senior Partner Marketing Lead, you’ll shape and deliver integrated, co‑branded marketing with our loyalty programme partners.
  • You’ll turn loyalty priorities into clear plans that drive member acquisition, engagement and retention across easyJet and partner channels.
  • This is a highly collaborative role, bringing together partners, agencies and teams across Media, CRM, Digital, Ecommerce, PR, Analytics, Brand and local markets to deliver activity that is customer‑led, commercially effective and continually improved through insight.

The team & culture:

  • You’ll work closely with the Senior Loyalty Marketing Lead and a broad network of specialists across easyJet, our partner organisations and agencies.
  • The environment is fast‑moving and collaborative, with clear ownership, open communication and a shared focus on creating better customer outcomes.
  • You’ll have the space to question existing approaches, bring new ideas and help establish simple, scalable ways of planning, briefing, approving and measuring partner marketing as the programme grows.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll manage day‑to‑day marketing relationships with loyalty partners and build joint plans that support agreed acquisition, engagement and retention goals.
  • You’ll co‑create, launch and optimise integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels, writing focused briefs that bring together the audience, message, channel roles, success measures and delivery requirements.
  • Working across easyJet, partner and agency teams, you’ll keep creative, media, PR and delivery plans aligned.
  • You’ll balance customer needs, commercial objectives and both brands’ standards while keeping multiple campaigns moving.

Requirements of the Role:

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ll bring strong marketing experience across partnerships, loyalty, customer marketing, CRM, campaign planning or multi‑channel activation, with evidence of delivering co‑brand, rewards or customer engagement campaigns.
  • You understand how owned, earned and paid channels work together, and you’re confident briefing, reviewing and approving creative and media plans.
  • You can build productive partner relationships, influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities without losing delivery discipline.
  • You’re analytical and commercially minded, comfortable using campaign performance, customer insight and partner feedback to improve future activity.
  • Experience in travel, retail, financial services, grocery, loyalty or ecommerce would be useful, but it isn’t essential.

What you’ll get:

  • Competitive base salary + up to 20% bonus
  • Private medical insurance
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday
  • Excellent staff travel benefits
  • Flexible benefits package including share schemes
