This role sits within the Product team at easyJet Holidays, supporting the delivery of the product strategy across an allocated set of beach and city destinations. You’ll work closely with the Product Managers, contributing to how we grow volume, sharpen our proposition and keep our product competitive.
Responsibilities
- Analysing market data and the easyJet route network to support capacity planning across your destinations
- Monitoring and managing the existing product range, identifying quick wins to grow volume across multiple source markets
- Working with the Purchasing team to review and benchmark opportunities for your destinations
- Supporting the development of destination strategies that drive the product proposition forward
- Reviewing product quality and content to ensure it aligns with the proposition
- Working closely with Trading to maximise revenue opportunities, and feeding insights back to Commercial and Purchasing for future seasons
- Supporting the Retail Trade team with product queries and hotel requests, and using social media and promotional channels to promote your destinations
- Managing hotel errata for pre-departure changes and supporting the Customer team with product expertise when holidays change
- Maintaining relevant business tools accurately and consistently
- Contributing to process improvement and supporting the rollout of new ways of working
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence communicating with and influencing stakeholders across different teams
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in a tour operator, airline or OTA is desirable but not essential
