We are easyJet holidays, the UK’s fastest-growing tour operator, and we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. From day one, you will own the post-booking digital experience for our customers, which is everything that happens after they have clicked 'book'.
Reporting into our Head of Digital Product, you will lead a small team of Product Owners, each with their own development squad, shaping a digital journey that keeps customers informed, empowered, and excited about their upcoming holiday.
Day To Day, You Can Expect To:
- Own the end-to-end post-booking product roadmap, from idea generation through to launch and beyond.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, removing blockers and keeping delivery moving.
- Track and report on KPIs including CSAT, call deflection, and revenue, ensuring your team's work has measurable commercial impact.
- Act as the bridge between the Digital team and senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear, actionable priorities.
- Draw on customer insights, analytics, and usability testing to continuously improve the experience.
- Support easyJet holidays agile ways of working across the business.
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
- A strong background in digital product management, ideally within a customer-facing, transactional environment.
- Experience coaching and mentoring product owners or junior members of a product team.
- Confidence with analytics tools (Google Analytics and ContentSquare in particular).
- A commercial mindset with a genuine passion for data-led decision making.
- Solid experience working within agile delivery teams.
