We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Digital team at easyJet holidays on a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. Reporting in to the Head of Digital Product, the role plays a pivotal role in the success of our scaling Digital team. This role is responsible for the post-booking experience across easyJet Holidays. Your mission will be to create a seamless digital journey that keeps customers informed, empowered, and excited, both in the lead-up to and during their holiday. The role is driven by both customer and commercial KPIs, with a strong focus on CSAT, call deflection, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Product Owners, each with their own development team.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from idea generation to launch, ensuring initiatives are measurable and have strong post-launch plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the market and deliver a product roadmap that pushes the business forward.
- Deliver the easyJet holidays strategy, track KPIs, and regularly report return on investment to the business.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Digital team and senior stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are understood and managed before development.
- Attend meetings to help remove blockers and support Product Owners, ensuring smooth collaboration with Technology and Product Delivery Leads.
- Take ownership of submitting funding requests and securing the budget and support needed to succeed.
- Focus on continuous improvement by optimizing processes and enhancing customer experience, drawing from customer insights, analytics, and usability testing.
- Support the shift to agile ways of working, including training and engaging stakeholders to keep them informed of digital innovations.
What You’ll Bring / Qualifications
- Strong background in digital product management, with the ability to coach and mentor a team of digital product owners.
- Comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics and ContentSquare to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive improvements through optimisation.
- Experience working in Agile teams; a commercial mindset with a passion for data and analytics.
