We are recruiting for a number of brand new German Speaking On Holiday Support Advisors to join us in February 2025. As an On Holiday Support Advisor, you’ll provide exceptional levels of customer care on in-bound calls, offering solutions and resolving queries to our German speaking customers. You’ll be empowered to do all of this with support from the On Holiday Support Team Leaders and Duty Managers. You’ll work in our Holidays Operations Centre (HOC) on site at our HQ in Luton, at the heart of our customer operations, to support customers while they are on holiday with us.

The role is permanent, full-time and based onsite at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. You’ll work a mixture of day and night shifts on a roster of 5-on/5-off, 4-on/5-off, and 5-on/4-off.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional customer care on inbound calls and offer solutions to German-speaking customers
  • Identify customers’ needs and resolve complaints, dealing with challenges and emergencies, and protecting their welfare
  • Resolve issues and provide guidance or assistance during incidents while customers are in resort
  • Collaborate with On Holiday Support Team Leaders and Duty Managers for support and escalation as needed

  • Fluent in written and spoken German (essential)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, demanding customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work at pace in high-volume, stressful situations with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English is essential; additional European languages are a bonus
  • Ability to work shifts
