Our Finance team are a genuine business partner, embedded in the decisions that shape how easyJet holidays grows. As we scale, the projects underpinning that growth are getting bigger and more complex, and we need someone who can sit right at the heart of them.
Responsibilities
- Bridging finance, technology, and the wider business, gathering and challenging requirements, mapping processes, and keeping stakeholders across finance, IT, data, commercial, and operations aligned.
- Supporting the implementation and testing of finance systems, BI tools, and data platforms, ensuring end-to-end process integrity.
- Owning requirements from discovery through to delivery, with progressively more detailed documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Contributing to governance boards, identifying risks and dependencies, and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time.
- Acting as the go-to finance SME for delivery teams and the wider business, bringing clarity to situations that don't always have obvious answers.
Qualifications
- Solid experience as a Finance Business Analyst, ideally with a professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) and around five years of post‑qualification experience in a comparable environment.
- Confidence working across agile and waterfall methodologies, with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro in your toolkit.
- Strong analytical skills, root cause analysis, gap analysis, process mapping, and the ability to translate complex finance challenges for non‑finance audiences.
- Track record of managing stakeholders at all levels, building trust across teams and keeping things moving.
- Experience in travel, holidays, or a similarly fast‑moving consumer environment (desirable, but not essential).
