At easyJet holidays, we’re looking for a People and Change Partner to help further enhance our brilliant culture and support the delivery of our people strategy as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of HR, provide expert HR guidance to managers across the business and lead on a variety of people‑focused projects across the employee lifecycle.
  • Deliver organisational change and support career and development initiatives.
  • Co‑chair the People Action Group (PAG), champion engagement, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, and organize community events.
  • Build capability and confidence across the business, support talent and the development of people managers and employees, especially as roles evolve in a rapidly growing environment.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Strong HR background in fast‑paced, multi‑functional environments, ideally within a rapidly growing or start‑up business.
  • Expertise in operational and strategic HR, implementing organisational change and designing innovative employee programmes that drive engagement and development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness and thorough understanding of UK employment law.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and employee groups.
  • Highly organised, resilient, proactive – confident using Workday, MS Office and HR systems.
