We support hybrid working, and you’ll spend 60% of your time each month in the office. You bring strong aircraft engineering expertise and the confidence to lead people, make sound technical decisions and keep continued airworthiness, reliability and delivery firmly on track. The opportunity Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a small group of experienced Fleet Engineers responsible for the continued airworthiness of easyJet’s fleet, with a focus on Airframe Systems. You’ll balance team leadership with hands‑on technical oversight, helping maximise safety, reliability and value while supporting aircraft availability, system performance and innovative airframe systems projects. “This role needs someone who can bring strong airframe systems expertise together with thoughtful team leadership.
