This team is responsible for ensuring our pilots and cabin crew receive the training they need to keep our operation running smoothly and safely.Role As Training Planning Officer, you\'ll play a key part in planning and maintaining easyJet\'s Pilot and Cabin Crew training rosters. You\'ll ensure rosters are built efficiently and cost‐effectively, taking fatigue into account and minimising any impact. You\'ll also:Produce and maintain training rosters in line with legal, company, industrial, and training agreementsCreate and update manuals and proceduresGenerate training‐related statistics and reportsTest and maintain the AIMS system training moduleSupport the annual budget processCarry out audits and report on crew expiry issuesEnsure all recurrent, initial, and ad hoc training is planned and delivered on timeMonitor compliance and report any delays or issuesRun daily reports to ensure all rosters are legal and compliantWhat we\'re looking for Team player with a positive, constructive approach to improving roster qualityAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and improve crew rostersStrong customer focus and commitment to excellent serviceDetailed understanding of AIMS Crew Tracking system (or similar) and reporting toolsKnowledge of pilot and cabin crew training footprintsComputer literate, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and analytical toolsHigh accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of EASA FTL, Fatigue Risk Management, or other crew compliance regulationsExperience working to strict deadlines, ideally within an airline environmentPrevious operational airline experience, especially in Crewing/Operations, is highly desirableWhat you\'ll get in return Up to 20% maximum bonus25 days of annual leave + bank holidays (with the option to purchase more)Annual credit towards an easyJet holidayVarious flexible benefits and extrasPracticalities This full‐time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week.
