Our Trading Analysts are part of our Trading & Inventory team at easyJet holidays, which is responsible for inventory management, airline relationships, yield development and day to day trading. As a Trading Analyst, you'll own a set of destinations across our beach and city programmes, making pricing decisions that maximise volume, revenue and contribution.

Day to day, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning the yield strategy for your destinations, forming plans that keep the team on track to hit financial objectives and identifying new opportunities when targets need revisiting
  • Interpreting sales and market data to make informed pricing decisions that optimise yield and profit
  • Analysing daily sales and continuously reviewing flight and hotel performance and availability to make sure holidays are on sale and priced competitively
  • Working closely with sales channel partners to optimise delivery of the trading strategy in your area
  • Collaborating with Product and Purchasing teams to maintain a feedback loop for future season planning
  • Communicating route performance insights to the Airline team
  • Contributing to ongoing yield developments and supporting forecasting decisions
  • Sharing results and aligning actions with Trading colleagues to encourage best practice across the team

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a commercial mindset
  • Experience in a revenue management or pricing role
  • The ability to make confident decisions and manage your own workload autonomously
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships across the business
  • A proactive approach and the flexibility to work effectively in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Travel industry experience is desirable but not essential
