We are looking for a Trade Distribution Manager who will own the commercial relationships with our travel trade partners across the Birmingham and South region, with a clear focus on driving sales and making easyJet Holidays the operator of choice for package holidays.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
- Managing key accounts
- Running weekly trading calls
- Developing business plans that help our top partners sell more
- Delivering training and presentations
- Building effective B2B communication channels
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue while keeping our cost of sale down
You will work closely with our Head of Distribution to hit overall targets and shape how we show up in the travel trade.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience of account management in the travel industry and a proven track record of driving B2B sales, preferably with independent travel agencies
- Skill in building trust with trade partners, presenting to a room, and digging into numbers on trading calls
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, able to bring people along and work well within a team
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and occasionally further afield
